Subject: Fed Up with Hydro One Stealing Pennies from Millions of Ontario Residents and Myself



OK... I got my Hydro Bill ... I'm fed up.



In the summer they make sure that when they don't read the meter, its always estimated HIGHER over 750kwh/mos, so they can charge a few pennies more.

Then on the 3rd month when they actually read the meter and adjust your bill they do not refund the amount at the higher rate(over 750kwh/mos rate) they billed you in prior months?? what's up with that?



In the winter, its the exact opposite, they make sure that when they don't read the meter, its always estimated LOWER under 1000kwh/mos, so they can charge a few pennies less.

Then on the 3rd month when they actually read the meter and adjust your bill its always WAY OVER 1000kwh(so you pay the over 1000kwh rate) they bill you?? what's up with that?



Can someone seriously Investigate this Tactic of Stealing Pennies from the Consumer in a Sneaky Fashion.



I AM FORMALLY COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS, AND NEED ANSWERS.



IF ONTARIO HYDRO WANTS ANY MORE RATE INCREASE OF ANY TYPE, LETS AT LEAST!! MAKE HYDRO ONE READ METERS EACH MONTH, NO MORE ESTIMATES.



My New Bill for 2 months Hydro is $897. , my Delivery Charge is $264.22



I hardly have any lights on, I seldom use the oven, that's mostly to Heat my House .... like I said before, this I actually killing the lower income people to early graves.



I Hope you at the Ontario Energy Board, and I Hope my M.P.P., M.P., Investigate this Practice I Describe above, even my Neighbours see it on there Bills too.



Multiply those Stolen Pennies, and Hydro makes Extra Millions each month they did not deserve.



Yet they Have the Nerve to ask me to Accept a Delivery Rate Increase, That's Pathetic.
