In reviewing our final submissions we have noted two errors that parties should be aware of. First, in paragraph 8.11, the column heading “Collus” should have been “CWH”. Second, footnote #48 should have referred simply to VECC IR #28 c). As simple reference errors we expect that it is not necessary to re-file a corrected version of the argument, but can do so if requested.
