Union Gas Limited - Dawn Gateway |
To All Parties in EB-2008-0411:
Union Gas Limited filed with the Board a letter dated March 23, 2009 requesting extension to the deadline for submissions on the “Draft Issues” List, from March 23, 2009 to March 26, 2009.
The Board is hereby extending the submission deadline for the Applicant and all Intervenors of Record from March 23, 2009 to March 26, 2009.
If any party (Applicant or Intervenor) wishes to reply to any submissions filed by the deadline of March 26, 2009, can do so by filing such a reply with the Board, and copies to all other participants no later than Friday, March 27, 2009.
All filings must be carried out according to the filing instructions contained in Procedural Order No. 1, Paragraph 7.
All other deadlines contained in Procedural Order No. 1, dated March 16, 2009 remain the same i.e., unaffected.
