Dear Sirs

We are the solicitors for I-ON-X the owners of lands in the County
of Oxford which lands are more particularly described in a Notice of
Application as PROPERTY 2 and dated at Toronto April 23rd 2009.

We understand that this material was served on our client on or
about May 13th.A copy of the material has just been made available to us
today May 15th.

We have made a cursory examination of the material and not e that
apparently our clients have 10 days in which to intervene.Since the
material was served on our clients on May 23rd we are assuming that the
date for intervention is May 23rd but in the event that the Board takes
the position that the date is some other date this will serve as a
Notice of Intervention.

Upon examining the material we will provide the Board.Mr Finn and
and Mr Skalski with our position on the issues but in the meantime we
would ask you to confirm that the Notice of Intervention has been filed
in a timely fashion.

If the Board and either Mr.Skalskii or Mr.Finn take the position that
the service of Notice of Intervention is not timely we will lodge the
necessary proceedings to protect the interests of our client.
