Please note that there was a typographical error in our letter of yesterday's date. At the top of page 2, the reference to issue 3.4 as one of the items to be dealt with in the oral hearing is incorrect - that reference should have been to issue 3.2, in accordance with Procedural Order No.6. We apologize for any confusion in this regard.



Additionally, we have considered this matter further and it would appear more appropriate, in the interest of avoiding duplication of cross-examination, if issues 3.1 and 3.2 were addressed by Sudbury Hydro's witness panel 2. Panel 2 will therefore be addressing Item iii - Cost of Service - Issues 4.1-4.4, and Issues 3.1 and 3.2 of Item ii - Revenue Requirement. Issue 3.5 of Item ii will still be addressed by Panel 3.
