In regards to the application (EB-2009-0144) made by Union Gas Ltd. to increase the pressure in the storage pool, I am hoping that someone will do studies to ensure that our water wells are not disturbed. There are still several families in this area that depend on their own personal wells. I know from past experience that we have already had to re-drill our well after Union Gas was drilling new wells in our area, (the back of our farm) but unfortunately we could not prove that the damage was caused by this drilling. I would like tests done on our well before and after the pressure is change and I feel that this should be at Union Gas' Expense.
We also have a spot in our field that constantly leaks gas. Will this increase with the pressure and should something be done about it.
