Union Gas Limited - Deadline for Submissions on Proposed Issue |

The Board is hereby responding to your letter dated August 5, 2009 seeking clarification in regard to the deadline for submissions on a proposed new issue that expires on Saturday, August 15, 2009. Your letter sought confirmation that according to Rule 6 of the OEBs Rules of Practice and Procedures, the deadline of Saturday, August 15, would be extended to Monday, August 17, 2009.
The Board agrees with your interpretation that the deadline for the submissions is now August 17, 2009. Accordingly the deadline for all parties who wish to reply to those submissions is now August 24 (i.e., seven days after the deadline of the initial submissions).
