Subject: Proposed Hydro rate increases



As a retired Power Plant Manager, I am opposed to the proposed rate increases. During the final years of my career, and since, I have become increasingly disturbed by the excessive renumeration increases of executives as a whole, compared to the income levels for the average worker.

It doesn't matter how poorly those at the top perform, they seem to feel entitlement for increasingly obscene levels of income based solely on their ability to claw themselves to the upper end of the corporate ladder.

Until their incomes are tied to reasonable performance, we as utility customers should not be forced to contribute to their greed.
