To whom it may concern:



We protest the increase because the average hard working man cannot afford any more increases or taxes whatever just because they have gross waste of funds. They need to cut the fat cats & budget their money more appropriately like we have to. There is far too much waste on their part. Take a lesson from what happened to the likes of GM etc. We are against the fee raise.
