I am writing this letter to ask you to show some compassion and to NOT approve the application from Hydro One for a Rate Change.

People all over Ontario are having a hard enough time trying to make ends meet without having hydro rates going up again!

I live in the North where pulp mills are shutting down because hydro rates are so high and with the economy the way it is, these mills will never open leaving many people without jobs, so how are they going to pay their hydro bills?!

Please show some compassion for the people that pay far too much on their hydro bills already, and who are helping pay the over-paid CEO and OPG Boss's. I'm pleading that you will side with the less fortunate.

Please DENY Hydro One Rate Change Application!
