I have received copies of signed confidentiality undertakings from Messrs. Shepherd, Buonaguro and Warren, and we will be delivering hard copies of the confidential material referred to in Greater Sudbury Hydro Inc.'s responses to Undertakings J1.1, J1.13/J1.14 and J2.6 to them, and to the OEB, tomorrow morning.



Please note the following correction to Sudbury Hydro's response to Undertaking J1.1 - the response refers to four sets of audited 2008 financial statements that will be filed in confidence - those of Greater Sudbury Hydro Plus Inc., Greater Sudbury Telecommunications Inc., 1627596 Ontario Inc. and 1700211 Ontario Inc. Please note that the financial statements of 1627596 Ontario Inc. and 1700211 Ontario Inc. are not audited. Audited financial statements were not prepared for these corporations.
