Subject: hydro rates

The idea of hydro rates going up is ridiculous. Compare our rates with those of other provinces and there is no reason for the rates to go up. Ontario has an abundance of rivers that are capable of producing electricity and the idea of running low on
hydro doesn't really make much sense. How can you justify an increase in rates when the average Ontario citizen is having a hard enough time to maintain a satisfactory level of living and our industries are suffering the way they are. Hydro needs to
stay right where they are with respect to the cost. Maybe they need to look within their organization and find ways to cut costs. Many other industries are having to do that, why not Hydro ONE?
