Subject: EB-2009-0096 Hydro One Networks Delivery Charge increase



Board Members,

I implore you to not accept the application of Hydro One Networks to raise the hydro delivery charges to customers. All consumers are struggling in today's economic crisis and cannot afford the extra burden of even higher delivery charges. We are already paying too much!

I request and suggest a freeze on not only delivery charges, but on all Hydro One Networks charges, for at least 5 years until the economy is in full recovery and the severe impact of the job losses across Ontario - are not so severe.
