Subject: hydro increase



In reference to file EB-2009-0096 this increase is uncalled for, as a full time worker I only get yearly evals and the highest I can get is 40 cents with the price of everything else going up I can barely keep my everyday expenses paid without having larger increases than I can afford. The unemployment rate goes up but the employer does not respond to this for the assocaites who have been there prior so a new person can basically come in and make very close to what we make and we have been there 10 plus years
