To Whom it May Concern,

I have received disturbing information that Hydro One is planning another rate increase in Delivery as well as another increase in the actual hydro in the near future.

I feel this move is very unfair as we are all trying to conserve valuable energy but we will probably see little to no change in our hydro bills because of your planned increases.

During these troubled economic times, it would be a benefit to consummers if Hydro One could hold steady with their charges so that there is some reward for conservation.

I think Hydro One should take a good look at their motives for reduced hydro consumption and make sure that they stay true to those reasons and not penalize the customers by raising the rates to make up the revenue loss.
