Ridiculous!!! We pay far too high hydro rates now!!! Everyone I know opposes any increases,as a matter of fact, let's try and pay the same rates as the lucky Manitobans.PLEASE - NO MORE HYDRO RATE INCEASES of any kind. We've already permanently shut down enough pulp & paper & lumber businesses in our part of the province, just one of the reasons being high HYDRO RATES. Now, because all of these unfortunate manufacturers are closed, you're going to penalize the poor average joe ,who can LEAST AFFORD it in these desparate times.
