I can not believe that in this time with the recession being on that you would even think of an increase in the hydro delivery rates. We are in a small business and not sure if we will make it thru this year and it is thing like this that will put us into bankruptcy. Who ever heard of such absorbent increases in such a short time even in good times? What ever happened to the 2 or 3% increases? The greed of the hydro is not acceptable and should be not allowed.
