This is absolutely ridiculous,everyone is cutting back, loosing there jobs. They don't have money to live never mind have to deal with this.As it stands now I pay 3 times the amount on my bill for the amount of hydro I use. I use $30.00 of hydro and pay over a $100.00+ just because of transport & delivery charges, never mind the debt reduction. By the way WHEN is that going to end, we've been paying that forever.
I don't think this is fair or justifiable. The file EB-2009-0096 should NOT be approved.
