To whom this may concern,



I am a pensioner and I am lucky if I receive a two percent increase on my pension per year. Some of my friends do not have a pro rated pension and are struggling to make ends meet in order to stay in their homes. I think these rates should fall in line with the cost of living. I am very energy concious. I only have lights on in the room I am in. I do not have my TV on unless I actually sit down to watch it. I avoid peak times to do my laundry. Electricity is a necessity in a home. It is not a luxery. These outrageous increases should not be allowed.
