To whom it may concern:

Please do not increase the hydro rates! I now live in a small home,never use the clothes dryer, have few energy using items in my home, am cheap with light-bulb use and STILL pay a LARGE bill!!

We are struggling as a community in the "forest Industry "section of Ontario. We do not need one more large bill!!
