Dear Ontario Energy Board,
This letter is in regard to Hydro One Networks filing an application to the Ontario Energy Board (OEB) to raise hydro delivery charges:

9.5% in 2010, and
13.3 % in 2011.

I would like to know what thy base there facts on so that you can increase the hydro rates by 22.8 % by 2011?
We are getting close to retirement age and these costs are almost unbelievable. Unemployment is high here in NW Ontario and part of the reason the paper mills have shut down or down sized is because of the high cost they have to pay for electricity.Please do not let Hydro One raise their rates.
