To who it may concern:

We as senior citizens can not afford another raise in our hydro bills.

9.5%in 2010 and 13.3%in 2011 is way to much for anyone in our country at this time our town has lost two industries and all we have is Hydro our land tax is going up but only a few of us that still own houses , there are at least 20 homes for sale in our small town. Please Please don,to shut our

town down with this burden.
