In these times of companies closing, ( the mill in Dryden has cut 100's of jobs), I don't believe that giving Hydro an increase is in the best interest of the people. Most businesses and families here in Dryden are suffering and so are lots of other cities and towns.



Middle to lower income families are barely getting by.



So no, I don't think there should be and increase.
