Subject: Opposition to delivery charge increases...



This is absolutely ludicrous.....what and where are the corporations and union membersa who would agree to rate increases of this magnitude at this time.

Many of your clients are and will be on fixed incomes (if they aren't on welfare) during this period.....who is accountable for even asking for a rate increase in the first place?

We, the consumers, were not the managers who put us in the situation of making the client pay for their inept management...the governement of the day allowed a crown corporation to mis-manage it's affairs and we the taxpayer now have to pay for their stupidity!!!...NO WAY.
