I am not in favour od such a large increase. I am on a fixed income and see no reason why such a large increase is needed. I believe that if you do need to increase the delivery charge it should be no greater than the cost of living. Electricity will be with us for an eternity and I see no reason why the pricing can't be spaced out over an extended period of time so we can attempt to enjoy our twilight years.
