Please consider this as our formal request to be granted Late Intervenor Status to participate in the above cited Hearings regarding Hydro One Rate Structures for the upcoming period.

We were intervenors during the previous hearings (EB-2007-0681). Between the close of those proceedings and now, we have been working with Hydro One representatives to arrive at a solution, to our rate situation.

We would appreciate the opportunity to speak at this round of hearings to give voice to our issues.
