To Whom it may concern,
I am writing in protest to the proposed rate change for distribution.
Are you kidding me!!!
The Hydro rates and all other charges,especially the debt retirement charge
are high enough already.That one has to be paid by now.
In these tough economic times, any changes that would result in additional
charges to the customer are unthinkable.
What are you trying to do...chase the elderly and low income earners right
out of their homes.
We are just barely getting by now.
I'm sure when the smart meters are installed ,there will be yet another
increase to cover the costs of the installation.
I know that this letter will make no difference to your decision,but I felt I
had to let the board know that myself and 90% of this Town have had enough.
Why don't you try cutting the salaries of the big boys upstairs instead of
always raping the little guy.
