Further to our previous e-mail in which we sought leave to be an intervenor in the application of Embridge Gas Distribution EB-2009-0187, we omitted our request to be paid as an intervenor. Our request for compensation is that we will be doing, and have done, extensive research and investigation, and will be spending substantial amounts of time meeting with the parties we represent.



Our organization receives virtually no compensation from the resident groups we represent, who themselves are composed of non-paid volunteers.



In view of the important contributions we feel we can make to the proceedings, the intensive effort required, and bringing the perspectives of affected parties we represent, we feel compensation would be justified.
