By letter on September 24, 2009, parties were advised of a stakeholder meeting that will be held on October 22, 2009 and continuing on October 23, 2009 if necessary. Parties were asked to register for this stakeholder meeting by October 13, 2009. To date, we have received confirmation of attendance from the IESO, CME, OPA and School Energy Coalition.



If you plan to attend and have not registered, please contact the Board Secretary today, quoting EB-2009-0331, and provide the names of the representatives. Note that for eligible participants, attendance at the meeting is an activity that is eligible for cost awards.



The stakeholder meeting will start at 9:30 AM on October 22, 2009 and will be held at the Board’s offices, in the West Hearing Room on the 25th floor, 2300 Yonge Street, Toronto.
