Regarding Application ED-2009-0332 I wish it to

be known that I do not agree with Horizon's appplication to recover "amounts related

to unforeseen loss of revenue" Why are we so complacent as to allow them to recover

monies from those of us who pay on time is it not enough that we are paying a debt

to someone who no longer works there these golden parachutes have to stop. I am

against this application
