I have read the News and Horizon is asking for

you to approve a hike in Electricity bill AGAIN! this has got to stop, what about

all of us who have to live and pay these bills sure they have lost money due to the

recession! but so has everyone who lose's jobs or dont have jobs at the moment and

they blame this all on Stelco not being in service! like that is our falt's? so my

question is how many times is this going to happen where they make excuse's about

why to hike the bills up and when you read the news it says they earned a profit

in the 2nd and 3rd qaurter! I mean this is getting crazy there is no relief for Resident

or business people anymore, and these new smart meters already is going to make them

tones of Money!!!!!! People who have already had the smart meters in have noticed

there electricity bills have gone up! Please think this over
