Horizon Utilites in Hamilton is asking for rates

to be incteased beacause of lost revenue from U.S.Steel, is this fair to people living

in Hamilton who already have been hit with many lay-offs.The people in this area

have a right to a public hearing.A lot of people are having a hard time already paying

their hydro bills without seeing an increase at this time.
