Horizon Utilities needs to manage thier business

better, the taxpayers should not have to be submitted to another hike in electricity

costs. The government pushes GO GREEN!!!! then the untility company must understand

they do not generate the same revenues!!!!! Adjust your bonuses and management salaries

to satisfy the loss NOT the taxpayers we pay too much already.



Please do not

approve this request at the expense of the taxpayer its not right!!!!
