The Council of the Town of Carleton Place has asked that I forward the following motion that was passed at the October 27th meeting of Council.



THAT Council opposes the 5% increase to delivery charges requested by Enbridge and that notice of opposition be sent to the Ontario Energy Board, and AMO be requested to forward this motion to other communities in Ontario.
