Please note that submissions on the Revised Filing Guidelines for Ontario Power Generation Inc. and the Staff Scoping Paper have been posted on the BoardÂ’s website at

If parties wish to comment on these submissions, the comments must be filed by November 9, 2009.
The September 24, 2009 letter to parties noted that up to 30 total eligible hours was available per eligible participant for the purposes of costs awards. While the November 9, 2009 reply step was not considered at the time of the letter, the total eligible hours were calculated by including a stakeholder meeting lasting two full days. As the stakeholder meeting concluded well before the end of the first day, staff is not proposing to adjust the 30 hour limit previously announced.
