I am writing to confirm ALASI Inc.’s desire to be recognized as an Intervenor in EB 2009-0326.

We submitted our completed submission before the required deadline of November 5, 2009 via email attachment to the Board Secretary with filename; ALASI_SUB_EB2009-0326_11052009.pdf



I write to make this request at the urging of Suresh Advani of the OEB.



We understood that our first required communication on this matter was pursuant to the release of the Final Issues List by the Board pursuant to item 3. on Page 4 of procedural Order No. 1 of EB 2009-0326, with optional prior opportunities to address the Draft Issues List. We identified no required “notice of intent to participate” nor any other required communication with the Board in the Procedural Order. Any implied, or to be inferred requirements for communication with the Board on this matter were overlooked by us.



We therefore respectfully request that ALASI Inc. be deemed an Intervenor in EB 2009-0326, and our submission, ALASI_SUB_EB2009-0326_11052009.pdf, be accepted in that regard.
