We are counsel to the Consumers Council of Canada. We have received the Notice of Hearing for Cost Awards in this matter and note that the date for filing intervenor cost claims is January 8, 2010.
Because of vacation schedules we will not be able to file the cost claim of the Consumers Council of Canada until Monday, January 11, 2010 and respectfully request an
extension of time to file our client's cost claim by the close of business on that date.
