Attached is a copy of Revised 2007 to 2009 IRM model, the model has been
adjusted to reflect the situation before all mitigation plans, since the
customer refund amount is part of the mitigation plan the model has to be
adjusted to exclude this amount, so a revised model has been provided and
the Bill Impact sheets.
