Natasha:

I received a couriered notice from Hydro One re access for survey. The notice was dated February 27, 2008.

As has happened before, the signature of the person sending the notice, the Access Activity Scheduling Coordinator, is illegible.

This is not the first time notices have come out from Ontario Hydro One without the persons name being typed below the signature.

I am hoping that the OEB will be certain that this is the LAST time this occurs.

Nothing could be more unprofessional that to send a letter out from "goodness- knows-who". It might as well be anonymous!

Please direct Ms Formusa that her staff will sign over their name from now on.
