Sharron:

This is to acknowledge receipt of your questions sent to our Board Secretary on January 13.

We will respond to your e-mail this week, after we had a chance to get direction from the Board Panel.

Yes, I have questions:

I received your letter by courier. Please answer ALL of the following questions:

--What does it mean to be an "emcumbrancer for a potentially affected propertty?"

-- My property is adjacent to alternate route 1. Someone told me that only people who had land that was actually crossed by the corridor got this letter? If so, does it mean my property is being crossed? (I assume you know which property is mine - Lot 7, Conc 6 Bentinck)?

-- What is the proceduing before the OEB? - is it to actually build on affected lands or is it a request for access to do an environomental assessment or is it request to "investigate" a route?.

-- If I have questions about how the construction is going to be done, whether fencing and surveys will be done, how construction equipment gets across creeks, what kind of access (on foot, by machinery etc) and for how long - if I have these kind of questions, do I bring them up at the OEB?

-- If I am not willing to give access across my property without some kind of fee paid to me, who do I raise that concern with?

-- What kind of input from the public does the OEB seek out and listen to? i.e. is there anything that the public can say to the OEB that will make any difference to how Hydro One proceeds?

-- I know for sure I want observer status - I just don't know if I should request opportunity to make an oral presentation. Please tell me how the presentations are used? If everyone just gets up and raises concerns and no one answers questions, no one mitigates the concerns, then what is the point of participation?
