Subject: Bruce to Milton Transmission Reinforcement Project
Board Secretary, et al:

I have a body of authoritative, professional documentation that challenges the necessity of the Bruce to Milton Transmission Line in favour of an industry standard, proven technology that has world-wide implementation. In fact, Hydro One has the approval for its use in a number of transmission projects around Ontario. However, they claim it is inappropriate for application to this one project. This is not so. The alternate is far less costly and  provides protection to the grid that is absent from the line project. It greatly increases the efficiency and the transmission capacity of existing transmission lines. As it is applied to existing transmission lines, there is no collateral impact, such as those associated with the installation of the new line. All the concerns voiced by the various Ministries, Conservation Authorities, Municipalities, Environmental Associations, Aboriginal Associations, and Landowners ( both directly and proximally affected)  in the Record of Consultation, will simply evaporate if the superior alternative is chosen over the inferior line project.
I will follow this with a few related emails. If you feel my concern has merit, then, if you wish, I can send you more supportive information and links to expert documentation so that you can search and view them, yourselves.
