Dear Ms. Walli et al
RE: EB-2007-0050

I am afraid that I am a little confused about the directions in Procedural Order NO. 5 regarding the requirements for the sending of Interrogatories. There did not seem to be a requirement, for the Intervenors, to send hard copies. In fact, PO # 5 does indicate that this is necessary for evidentiary material to be filed for the evidentiary phase of the Oral Hearing and appears to imply that these must be filed by 4:45 pm , on "the date indicated", which appears to be Tuesday, April 8, 2008.

The source of my concern is Energy Probe's Interrogatories Set # 1 filing. This document does infer that hard copies are necessary for filing Interrogatories.

Please assist me in this as I do not wish to be remiss in my responsibilities in this matter. Please see the material, following below.

Thank you, for your time and consideration,

Chris Aristides Pappas
