Dear Ms. Walli, et al:

 

       I would appreciate it if the Board would grant me a small extension on this deadline for Argument submission to 9:00 am, Monday morning, July 7. I simply do not have the capabilities, the facilities or the assistants enjoyed by the various Intervenor counsels or the applicant and their counsel.

I am approaching 100 pages of argument, and while I have also created draft files of evidentiary and transcript data for inclusion, where appropriate, I am afraid that I cannot finish having it all  transposed by this afternoon. Although the deadline is for this afternoon, it is most likely that none of the arguments arriving this afternoon will actually undergo review or consideration until Monday morning. I ask you to consider the forgoing in respect to my request. I would greatly appreciate it if you could respond so that I can know whether you will actually grant this request.
