re: my position  After looking things over I believe you were correct. I would be an observer not an intervener, as I said I do not wish to contest any plans  to build the towers. Certainly it will affect my property and my business but I am sure adequate financial compensation will be implemented.  Do I have to list the many ways that it will affect me personally or will it be discussed at a later date?  Thank you for your patience.
