Kirsten,

We are affected homeowners on County Road 124N Lot 13 Concession 5. We were at the Erin meeting on Tuesday and spoke with Ryan who is, I believe, a project manager. He explained what the three levels of participation meant. 
Although our request is late, he assured us that there wouldn't be a problem sending it in now. He suggested that we send this email first as well as mailing in a written letter.

We are requesting the second where we would receive documents as they became available.
