To all parties that are involved in reference number EB-2009-0265.

I find that this should not be settled yet as it is. The rates that are being asked for are still to high.

Living in this area I don't see or hear of any improvements to how HCH hires their apprentices. I don't see or hear of how they are improving anything.
In fact I see things worsening as I have lived in this area.

I still do not understand, if they the(HCH) is doing more for apprentices and training why is there only 1 gentleman that does the cut offs and turn ons for the area. He works in Hamilton (Horizon) as well as here. So he is limited to when he is available. This means if someone has had their utilities cut off they have to wait an extra day or more for this gentleman to come and turn it back on.

Also with their (HCH) billing practices there are many many people in this area that are on pensions/disabilities which means they receive 1 cheque a month and HCH bills them late each month. I have spoken to HCH they refuse to change this practice of when the bills are due.

Thank you
