The Board received your letter dated February 12, 2010 indicating that GAPLO-Union (Dawn Gateway) and the Canadian Association of Energy and Pipeline Landowner Associations (GAPLO/CAEPLA), have resolved their issues related to the above applications with Dawn Gateway LP and Union. The Board approves the withdrawal of your intervention in these applications.
