Subject: bruce-milton hydro corridor application

Dear Mr. Mikhail

We spoke yesterday, June 6, 2007, regarding the letters the Ontario Energy Board has been sending to my Mother, Elda Threndyle. The letters are in regard to Hydro One's request to expand the existing transmisson-line corridor and construct another 550 KV line beside the existing corridor.

You indicated to me that you would send me duplicate letters, if I provided you with my mother's name and address. Here it is.

Elda Threndyle

Lot 18, Concession 9

Brockton

EMS # 690

R.R. # 1 Elmwood, Ontario

N0G 1S0

Please note that before amalgamation, the area of the municipality of Brockton where my mother lives was known as Brant Township.

You may also be addressing letters to my father, Donald (Don) Threndyle.

Unfortunately my father is dead. Please remove his name from your list.

As I mentioned to you, my mother has asked me to represent her in this matter and would like for me to receive duplicate letters.

Please send them to

Lastly, I would like to request observer status, assuming there is no cost associated with my right to know what is being constructed on my mother's property.

This is a very important issue to my mother as her property is likely to be expropriated. Therefore, it is necessary that we have observer status, so that we might better keep track of the complicated process regarding Hydro One's request for

Leave to Construct the line

Environmental assessment of the proposed right-of-way and

Leave to enter the property to conduct surveys.

This, as you know, should be a three-phase project, but it is, at Hydro One's request, being rolled into one process.

Thank you for your attention in this matter.
