I have reviewed the draft rate order on behalf of Energy Probe and the comments provided by VECC. Energy Probe agrees with the comments of VECC related to the working capital allowance and cost allocation.



In addition two other minor changes have been communicated to Burlington Hydro.



First, page 11 of Appendix B, under the Controllable Expenses portion should read "Adjustment to controllable expenses", rather than Adjustment accumulated depreciation. Second, page 4 of Appendix F (tariffs) is shown with a heading only. Page 5 is a duplicate page on the pdf and shows the information that should be listed on page 4.



Burlington Hydro has agreed to correct these minor items in the final draft rate order.
