Hello everyone. From the Boards perspective we have no serious problem with the development of the rates in the DRO submitted on April 6, 2010. However, the Board in recent decisions has been separating the LV and SM adders from the distribution rates and stating them as separate line items in the Tariff of Rates and Charges. To that end, I request Embrun to amend its DRO so that these charges are separate line items and not built into the fixed and variable distribution charges as rate adders.
